TEAM (Together everyone achieves more) does not guarantee any level of income to any Direct Seller. Earning from TEAM Compensation plan solely depends on sale, each Direct Seller skill, ability and personal application.

We work on a multilevel network structure and the product is sold only through Direct Sellers, not retailers. As the products are specialized and high-end, one-on-one customer counseling works well. All the products will have 100 percent satisfaction with the guarantee of refund under the refund policy.




MARKETING PLAN

Business Volume (B.V.) :

 It is the value of a product on which the Sales Incentive is calculated. It can be seen on TEAM’s website. The B.V. of product may be equivalent to selling price or different as may be declared by the TEAM from time to time. Business Volume can also be changed from time to time by the TEAM.

 Repurchase Business Volume (R.B.V.) :

It is the value of a product on which the Retail Incentive is calculated. It can be seen on team’s website. The R.B.V. of product may be equivalent to retail price or different as may be declared by the team from time to time. R. B.V. can also be changed from time to time by the TEAM.

To be our Customer

A customer can be benefited after joining TEAM as a preferred one. This simply calls for the registered customers of the organization. For this, the Direct Seller of TEAM makes a reference for the customer through “Customer Registration Process.”  After which, the registered customer can buy any product they required and of their choice at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) also they will be highly acknowledged with all the consumer rights and benefits by our registered Direct Seller.

However, the registered customers will not be obliged under the Business Prospect Network of TEAM, at the same time they are not entitled for any commission or monetary assistance from the TEAM.

To be a Direct Seller

The Direct Seller need to abide by the business offering of TEAM as if you desire to be our Direct Seller and a part of our extensive direct selling network. For this, the Direct Seller will also have to accept the Terms & Policies following the conditions and code of conduct of the TEAM.

There is no charge/fee for registration as a Direct Seller. After scrutiny of the application form and documents and then the acceptance of applicant as Direct Seller, a Unique/Track ID Number will be given on website. After receiving the ID Number, the Direct Seller has to obtain the ID card by login their personal information on Website.

After becoming the registered Direct Seller, you will get the products at Direct Seller’s Price (DP) while you can sell these products to the customers at Maximum Retail Price (MRP)

At TEAM, we give every Direct Seller the unique and flexible opportunity from training you about the products to the basic mannerisms to sell them. We also help you in achieving your success for that we make sure to give you all that one needs to be the passionate TEAM’s Sales Force.

Direct Seller Network

With TEAM’s social selling model you can start your own medicine & cosmetic and wellness business as an independent Consultant without any financial risk. You decide how much you do and how far you go – and we are here to support you along the way. For this, you may choose to become a Direct Seller for our TEAM by selling the products directly to the customers but firstly one needs to be introduce by working Direct Seller. This calls for a simple procedure by stand for the TEAM based Terms & policies and organizational structure. The agreement is required for the TEAM’s code of conduct.

The Direct Seller can be put their organization structure either at place 1 or place 2 by the one who has introduced him/her and the allotment of products to the Direct Seller will be at the Direct Seller’s Price (DP) only. After becoming the registered Direct Seller, you will get the products at Direct Seller’s Price (DP) while you can sell these products to the customers at Maximum Retail Price (MRP)


Sponsorship for new applicant shall be allowed only when sponsor complete purchases of minimum
5 BV. Purchases can be done in parts. If sponsor does not fulfill this condition, they will not entitled to the sponsor.

Customer Network

This network simply calls for the registered customers of the organization. For this, the Direct Seller makes a reference for the customer through “Customer Registration Process.”  After which, the registered customer can buy the products at the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) also they will be highly acknowledged with all the consumer rights and benefits.

The BV’s will be accounted as the self BV’s for the sponsor Direct Seller.

Team Bonus :

Team bonus is a bonus that a Direct Seller receives for a Volume of Business by selling TEAM’s products by him/her or the organizational setup.

Rank Achievement Bonus :

There are various ranks of bonus in the business prospect for the Direct Seller. For this they or their organization set up needs to achieve the prescribed Volume of Business (BV) by selling TEAM’s products to get the desired Bonus Rank from the TEAM.

Repurchase Bonus :

Repurchase Bonus is the prescribed bonus by the TEAM to the Direct Sellers on repurchasing TEAM products at the Direct Seller’s Price (DP). It is when, Direct Sellers purchase products of TEAM more than 5 BV after that every purchase will be accountable under the Repurchase bonus. Following their repurchasing of TEAM Products will be felicitated to get the desired Bonus Level from the TEAM by completing Volume of Business by him/her or the organizational setup.

Guidelines :

There is no charge/fee for registration as a Direct Seller. All the rights of the customers are saved under the refund policy of the TEAM.

Every Direct Seller is advised to go through the Terms & Policies and Code of Conduct of the TEAM before acceptance.
